The cable’s flexible jacket greatly reduces microphonics—the annoyingly audible rustling or thumping sounds that occur when headphone cables come into contact with external surfaces—and its robust, rigorously tested strain relief (withstanding over 28,000 bends) ensures longevity.

SEMI-SOLID PERFECT-SURFACE COPPER+ CONDUCTORS

The astonishingly smooth and pure Perfect-Surface Copper+ eliminates harshness and greatly increases clarity compared to OFHC, OCC, 8N, and other premium coppers. The superior purity of PSC+ further minimizes distortion caused by grain boundaries, which exist within any metal conductor. Each PSC+ strand is insulated to prevent strand interaction, a major source of ear-fatiguing distortion.

NIGHTBIRD NOISE-DISSIPATION SYSTEM

Carbon-based NDS greatly reduces noise contamination of the headphone amplifier ground plane.

DIRECT SILVER-PLATED PLUGS
